The service wasn't all that good because I was charged for something that I was told I wouldn't be charged for. They have a lack of communication with each other.

Horrible customer service...Hung up on twice front desk asking for my incidentals charge be reimbursed on my credit card.... Called corporate if I was buying a time share or starting a Franchise customer service was available....

Not Clean!
You get what you pay for. It is run down and not very clean. Massive garbage cans overflowing in the hallways. Smells bad. In our first room there was a huge pile of ants covering god knows what, so we moved rooms. Linens seemed clean though.
Guy at the front desk was either very shy or very rude.

Needs lots if improvements. The first room was smelly and had a very noisy AC unit. It also had old carpet. The second that we moved to was much better, no carpet and AC unit was quite. However hallways were noisy.
