I typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. This hotel was a huge letdown, primarily due to serious concerns with cleanliness, health, and safety. Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit with a strong musty odor. After closer inspection, I found visible mold in the bathroom and around the air vents. This is not only unacceptable but also a serious health risk, especially for anyone with allergies or respiratory issues. The bathroom itself was in poor condition—broken fixtures, questionable stains, and an overall lack of sanitation. I didn’t feel comfortable using it and ended up avoiding it as much as possible during my stay. Even more troubling was the environment surrounding the property. There were multiple unhoused individuals loitering right outside the hotel entrance. While I absolutely support compassion for those experiencing homelessness, the lack of hotel security or staff presence made the area feel unsafe, especially at night. I didn’t feel comfortable walking in or out of the hotel alone. This stay was far from the restful, safe experience I expected. I strongly suggest management take immediate action to address the mold and sanitation issues inside the rooms, and improve the overall security and upkeep of the property. Until then, I would not recommend staying here.

There was more on the ceiling. Cracks in the walls. Holes behind the bed. Dirt and lit on the floor. Duct tape around the dispensers in the bathroom.

Cleanliness was not a real thing here. Stains on the walls, shower, blankets, literally everywhere. The shower had a scream to it due to lack of pressure. The whole place felt so dirty it was nauseating but it was already so late that we couldn’t go somewhere else. Really hope they do better in the future because this is like every red roof I’ve been in. Horrible.
