We were here for a lacrosse tournament and came in early before the hotel got busy. When you pull up to the area, you will see that it looks like kind of a depressing circle of a bunch of hotel options. The Sheridan looks nice from the outside. The lobby is actually the nicest part of it. We were excited about the cute lemon water stand. But I only saw it. Have water one of the four days (and it was empty by mid-day). The ninth floor has a lounge. I tried to get some work done in there, there’s no bathroom. They don’t refill the water and other items very often. Basically the staff doesn’t restock areas of the hotel. The gym is a good size but once again they don’t refill water. It is missing half of the free weights and they seem to not care. Come on guys, just replace your missing free weights. The rooms definitely need an upgrade. They don’t have any decent suites, even though it’s in the name. I got the best one available, which was a king suite. And kids were sleeping on the pullout couch. Even as young teenagers, their backs were killing them. The hotel did not bring us bedding until the second or third day. We had to grab blankets and pillows from our car. They only cleaned our room one time The bathroom is tiny and not configured well for a suite set up. (Most will do a sink outside or something- this is not). Personally, I would not choose to stay here again. I will note that it was nice to have breakfast vouchers and that dining area was cute. The food was like your typical free hotel buffet. They shouldn’t have been charging people for that anyways.
