Missed the $75 refundable deposit notice. That wasn't fun at 1am. Not a usable deadbolt on the door. No garbage can, which was so weird for a room with a kitchette. No continental breakfast. No coffee. There were coolers of food and shelf of toilettries to purchase. Glad Waffle House was down the access road.

Everything worked, hot water, stove, fridge, microwave, tv, etc. Friendly staff, quiet, plenty of parking, great price!

Suburban Studios Columbus North would not refund a room that was fradulently booked. I now have to work with my bank/credit card company to get this charge off of my account. Terrible customer service without common sense. I wasn't in Columbus that day.

Loved my stay during my travel. I was passing through Columbus on my way to Indiana and decided to spend the night here since it has kitchen. Hotel is renovating and new rooms look amazing (based on the posted in the lobby). Staff was friendly and asked me if I needed anything (nice touch) every time I passed the lobby to go to my car. I would recommend it.

The stop workage sign posted on the door should have been our warning to cancel our reservation. There were three in our party. The room had one wash cloth and two handtowels, one of which was at the kitchen sink. There was dried sauce on the open button of the microwave. No cups to use to brush your teeth, no plates or utensils in what is supposed to be an extended stay. We asked 5 times for a hair dryer, which we never received. There was no top sheet on one of the beds. No lightbulb in one of the lamps by the bed. The kicker was in the morning to see two cockroaches; one ran across the bed and the other scooted behind a light fixture. Avoid this place at all costs! And management did NOTHING! The front desk did nothing. We sent an email to the General Manager which was never responded to.
