Our hotel the Hilton Garden Inn Columbus Polaris is situated in the flourishing Polaris district in Columbus fast growing metropolitan area. Conveniently located just off I 71 our hotel is directly across the street from Polaris Fashion Place mall. We are within a 20 minute drive of Columbus attractions such as the Ohio State Fairgrounds, the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, downtown Columbus, and The Ohio State University. Corporate offices of some of Ohios largest employers, including JP Morgan Chase, Nationwide, and OhioHealth are within a 15 minute drive.
Our lobby is a refreshing welcome featuring a communal conference table and convenient spaces for lounging or working. Check in was easy. Our room was okay. I felt like the carpets in the hallway needed a good shampooing or replacement they were quite stained. The room was clean. Bathrooms in lobby needed attention half were without toilet paper but there were large groups of sport teams staying so I imagine it was hard to keep up with it all on a weekend. Breakfast was okay. Area is nice

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great. We did however feel somewhat unsafe due to people breaking into vehicles every night.

Me and my friends stay here for a night and they broke my windows in the parking lot .. six cars got broken in .. the hotel doesn’t have security or cameras and this have been happening daily the while parking lot is not safe at all be careful this is serious

Busy weekend in Columbus with most every property sold out. Arrived at the Hilton Garden Columbus/Polaris to be told there was a "problem" with our room and that the manager had been trying to get in touch with us through ******* since he arrived at work 2 1/2 hours earlier to tell us our room had been cancelled although I never received any contact. I believe our room was likely bribed out. I was offered a couple bottles of water for the inconvenience which I politely refused. Very disappointed in the way this was handled. Still awaiting a refund from ******* although this process seems very difficult as well.

We actually really liked this hotel! It was super clean, the room was a nice size, and it was quiet! Our only complaint was the breakfast, the restaurant part was kinda pricey and we didn’t get what we asked for when it came out.
