A great value! It's also close to Walmart, making it convenient for shopping! The hotel includes a free American-style breakfast! It's convenient and has a swimming pool!

If this is the #1 hotel in Columbus, I do not want to see the others. We booked two nights here over Labor Day weekend. Check in process was smooth but room was not very clean, but we did not complain. When we got back from dinner the first night, we were excited to relax in the hot tub, however we could not find the hot tub. You will see in the pictures, there is a picture that was taken on July 2025, showcasing the hot tub. It is even on the hotel page that they offer a hot tub. We were told that it has been a few years since they had one. Hmmmmmm, ok. So, we tried the pool and it was freezing and decided to go back to the room. This was the reason we chose this hotel, to enjoy these amenities. My son and I decided to shower before bed and the water was barely lukewarm. The next morning, was the same as we took not-hot showers. I called the front desk and I was told that since they were full, maybe that's why. When I told them that couldn't be the case because we took not hot showers the evening prior. He said he would send someone up and he did. He came up and ran the shower water and told me that it was fine and it just might not be as hot as "we want it." When I told him that was unacceptable and he was welcome to try it himself. He said he would come back up to "fix it" after we left for the day. Guess what? The water was still the same and no one had been back in the room to clean, fresh towels, etc. I will say the breakfast was decent but that's about it. It is false advertisement when they STILL advertise certain things knowing they no longer have them. Also, it just needs a good cleaning. Try another hotel....

Came in at 2 am and waited a moment to check in. No one at front desk but a phone number was left to call and was there within a minute. Room was great. Had all we needed and easy checkout when ready.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable! We stayed here as a stopover from Chicago and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The beds were VERY comfortable, which was very appreciated after having stayed at a Chicago hotel for a new nights where the beds were not good. We slept wonderfully here. It is right off the interstate in a great location - the staff was so friendly at both check-in and check-out. We had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very large room. Disliked how you had to navigate around tv channels. Tv was hung so low on wall, if your lying in bed you almost have to look down. Ac unit in room was not controlled by the unit but rather a wall thermostat which i did not know until check out when I complained about the ac unit.

I have visited this property several times over the last 20 years, staying here once to twice a year. On this recent stay, my sense was that property management has changed with the current management paying less attention to the details that make a hotel stay shine. The front desk staff was more casual than usual, the hotel elevator floor was dirty. The room was okay, but the shower faucet was in need of repair. Small things like overall cleanliness seem to be given less attention. Most likely the next time through the area, I will stay with a different hotel. FYI, this is my second experience with a Wyndam-managed property that left something to be desired.

Front desk personnel was great. Hotel was clean, quiet, and one of the best LQ that we’ve stayed in. Columbus was a great place to visit.
