Residence Inn Columbus

Very nice! Friendly staff, CLEAN, great water pressure, & tasty breakfast (eggs, biscuits, waffles, fruit, tortillas to make a burrito). Nice outdoor area with a fire pit. I would definitely stay here again.

We used to love this Residence Inn. However, it has deteriorated. It looks run down. The breakfast offerings were not appealing. People smoke right outside the entrances. But the worst thing was the heavy, hideous fragrance that they pump into the lobby and into the hallways. It even makes it into the rooms. I'm allergic to fragrance, and I was miserable during our stay. One might note that those artificial fragrances are a health hazard (hormone disruptions, skin reactions, respiratory issues). It makes one wonder what the hotel management thinks needs to be covered up by fragrance - cigarette smoke, maybe? I haven't experienced this pumping of fragrance into the air at any other hotel, and I hope never to experience it again.

So impressed by this hotel! Great staff and an excellent facility. We were traveling with two young kids and the two bedroom suite was perfect (and affordable)! Our late checkout request to accommodate naps was no issue. Highly recommend!

Everything was really good. Breakfast attendant was a little rude to most guest and seemed overly frustrated. But everything else was wonderful.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very good accommodations and Christmas decor!

Spent three weeks here in a studio with a full equipped kitchen which was essential to me because I have food allergies and need to cook for myself... I give this place five stars out of five stars. They go to great lengths to keep the property clean and neat, including the exterior. Spotless. Need an extra roll of paper towel or some more lotion or some of their delicious body wash or it shampoo or hair conditioner... Just ask. They have a nice full breakfast every morning, complimentary. They also have a nice indoor heated pool and a nice Fitness room. They have a nice lounging area outside. Coffee, teasing, waters, complimentary, in the front area, too. I was impressed because the rooms are so well insulated. I didn't hear a sound from any other room around me ever. That's huge. Every single person who works here always had a smile and a nice word to say, and they were friendly.... What a pleasure. They also have plenty of sidewalks and green space for walking my goldendoodle witch was wonderful. I can't think of one thing.I would change about this place or the staff. Awesome all around. You're close to the interstate, if you want to go to indy or cincinnati or louisville... It's about a ten minute drive to downtown columbus... Or you could head over to nashville, indiana and look at the quaint shops and enjoy the beauty of the area. This place is awesome.
