Room was clean, roomy, bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice with easy check-in and check-out. You can tell the hotel is a little dated but you can also tell the staff does a great job taking care of the place. The water pressure in shower was weak but a minor issue considering the overall experience. As someone who rarely stays outside of the Marriott or Hilton footprint, this LaQuinta Inn rivals Hampton Inn and Residence Inn respectively. Would definitely recommend this hotel if in the Columbus area.

We have stayed in a few hotels in Columbus and I would rate La Quinta highly based on a mix of quality, comfort and price. The location is good with plenty of eating and shopping options nearby as well as being convenient to major road intersections making access to the hotel easy and connections straightforward to Columbus, to Fort Benning or indeed onwards to Atlanta. While all the staff were professional, pleasant and helpful I would like to single out Davida who went above and beyond in helping us modify a congratulations card for our soldier.

Don't waste your time. Hotel needs repairs. Doors won't close to several rooms. Bad neighborhood! Even though this is in a business district.

I recently stayed at this place and I can tell you that not only did I have a really bad experience but also this place is not trustworthy at all. The staff ended up taking one of my suits even though they told me they already had it and that it was going to be returned and when I came back to recover it they said they didn't have it.

The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Davida went above and beyond to help us print a few important documents needed at the last minute. The location is close to almost any restaurant or store that you could need. We make several trips a year to Columbus, Ga and La Quinta will be our choice going forward!

Ask for Ms. Myra she's the. best! My son is in the military in the area, we needed a safe place to stay while attending his graduation. Ms. Myra helped us during both stays, gave us direction on places to visit and eat as well. Let me not forget to add how lavish the rooms were and the breakfast was great.

Decent hotel. NO non-alergenic pillows available!!! Breakfast selection and quality was not up to par, as compared to other LaQuita locations. Plenty of parking. Good location from Columbus center area. Rooms were relatively clean and neat.
