I will give a -0… it was a horrible experience, when i cheched in the person who helped me was in a bad mood, for some reason they did not get my information right, maybe because he was so rude complaining, but he still gave me a key for room 103, at 3am they called from the front desk not once but twice asking my name, and who gave me the key to That room, and that it was urgent for me to go to the front desk at 3am, when my husband and i got to the front desk we had to wait, bcz they went to the room knocking several times violently they scared my elderly mother. She was cryin and scared when we got back.. after we were able to talk to the front desk people, they asked for my id and my husband id, they said the room was in some else name, i did not understand when i checked i gave them my ID and conf #… also the next day the key to the room was not working… I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS… FOR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF ORGANIZION…. I WILL Post this review in booking as well

Loved the pool.. but there was no complimentary breakfast the next morning. Breakfast ended at 8. Smdh that had to be the biggest lie I heard.

It was good

I hated every second being there. The pool and the parking lot are in the same location.The room was damp and had mold and mildew on the ceiling and our room smelled bad. The only thing I loved about this hotel was checking out.

Bathroom smells like urine, carpet is dirty, the room has a smell, the sink leaks water to the carpet I think that's what makes the room smell, the roof has pain peeling off.

The Roach hotel The hotel had a sticky door and roaches. When inquired at the front desk for any roach spray was told that they did not have any. Checked in on Wednesday night, a few roaches at the door. Thursday after being out during the day when the light was cut on in the bathroom about 8-10 roaches of various sizes scrambled out. So creeped out about that did not stay the entire 4 nights. Did not sleep there Friday night and checked out early. Called ******* customer service to report the incident and ask for a refund. Was told the hotel would only refund 1 night. Was not pleased with the outcome and escalated this issue to upper management. We will see if there is a better resolution.
