The staff was friendly and helpful in getting our reservation canceled once we pointed out several issues with the room. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable—dirty linens piled in the corner, a refrigerator that sounded like a generator running nonstop, and poor overall cleanliness. I emailed photos and video of the conditions to both the hotel manager and the Hilton Diamond Desk. Their resolution was 5,000 points, which I found insulting considering we had to book another hotel for four nights. As a Hilton Diamond member for over a decade, this experience has me seriously reconsidering my loyalty. I understand minor imperfections can happen, but this was far beyond that—it was unacceptable and should be an embarrassment to the property. Strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.

I’m not sure what is going on at the hotel, but they need to get the air fixed before they continue booking stays. Lobby and hallways are 80 degrees. Rooms are hot! I expressed my concern and I was told my air would be checked. Woke up to a room that is as 78 degrees and just told I’m sorry. Stay away until they get this issue fixed!

1st room had broken tiles across the bathroom threshold and in the kitchenette. Room 211. Room 406 has a humming noise outside the window and wakes you up. No steaming service. Pool area is nice however the fitness center is too small. I ended up changing hotels after 2 nights of an 11 night stay. Hotel staff were very accommodating. The 4th floor takes forever to obtain hot water and the hallways smell and are hot.

Avoid this hotel. When we arrived to the room, the couch was torn, and hairs were all over our bedsheets. After asking them to clean the room on two different occasions, we returned later that night and the room was not touched. Even the side door of the hotel is missing a handle!!

I did like that the room had a separate bedroom and living room area. The furniture in the room had stains and a rip on them. The AC unit in the room had some dust build up on it.
The breakfast was good.
One of the handles were broken on the outside door and therefore it was propped opened by a rug which I felt was unsafe.

This place is in a good location and looks good from outside but the rooms are very dated not worth the price, we had to change rooms the first one air did not work the second one they showed us was missing furniture and reeked of smoke and looked like someone had been sitting in the bed. The room that we did get finally the toilet run all night, oh and someone pulled the handle off the side door so people were propping it open with a rug to get in, no security at all.

Our room was very small and did not look like the pictures. It was also super dated and had a damp/musky smell. In addition, the air conditioner made noise all night long. The pillow felt like a paper bag stuffed with cotton balls. The main hallways were very, very hot. When asked, the staff manager said they are due for an update..... We asked to move rooms due to all of this plus there was no desk for my husband to work at with his computer. They moved us to a room that had a more open concept but online this room is cheaper than the suite with seperate bedroom that we paid for. The breakfast was plain, and not appealing at all. I will not be going back.
