The location is off highway and yet you didn’t hear any highway noise!! The beds were comfortable and the staff were super friendly! The breakfast as standard, hot, cold, fruit, and pastries. If in the area again I would stay here. Only bout 30 miles from auburn university if you are coming for an event there. Till next time, Thanks for a great stay.

Both Amber & Renee made sure every need was met within reason during our stay and the room was ErrThang as if we never left our house.... We enjoyed it so much we booked another stay. Oh and make sure U grab breakfast 4rm Mrs Hattie before you check out, 3 Beautiful Ladies

Towne Place Suites is a great hotel with a great location for my business needs. The hotel and rooms are very clean and always fresh with the “Classic” Marriott scent. The front desk staff has always been helpful and friendly. Each of them go out of their way to make sure my stay is a pleasurable one. Shout out to AMBER for making sure my room is clean and ready for check in!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a nice stay! The room was clean and the pool area was nice. Trip advisor has a word minimum with is annoying. But I liked the hotel stay. It was nice and I liked the staff.,.......................

Staff was very professional, courteous and friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, hotel is located in a good quiet location. Hotel is near restaurants and shopping, if I'm in the area again I would definitely stay again.

Nasty, I have trusted the Marriott brand for years to be a clean, comfortable choice. I am appalled at the condition, of this property. It stinks. Seriously, it smells horrible. The carpet feels sticky, it is torn, and the furnishings are extremely worn and dirty. I honestly feel as if this is a Comfort Inn or Red Roof Inn. NOT Marriott. I wish I would have chosen Hilton for this stay. If there were other availability close to Ft Moore I would leave. I am heading to the bath store to get some cleaning supplies and fragrances to mask this smell. Shame on you Marriott. You failed.

Outside looks nice but inside is worn down. Light fixtures bent, hall way are not air conditioned, missing wall art, edges of furniture are rubbed to bare wood. Staining on furniture & drapes. Bathroom fan not working!! Pool closed. On positive side sheets were clean , tv worked it got us through for a single night stay.

This girl made me like this hotel from the moment I entered. Her name is Renee. Arriving at the reserved hotel after a long journey in place was in the early hours of the morning, to be told that my reservation did not exist, which is not everyone's favorite situation. The front desk Renee gave me a big hand to help me communicate with the agent, you know, she also handles checking out customers at the same time, magically everything is in order. Help quickly identify problems and solve it. I am very grateful to her. Her enthusiasm and professionalism make me deeply impressed by this hotel. Melody

I have to say that this hotel was one of the best ones I have stayed at. At the time that I booked it, I did not know that it had a full kitchen, that was perfect for me and my children. I did not have to spend a lot of money on restaurant food. The rooms were clean, and they had a great variety of breakfast food in the morning. Every staff member that I came in contact with, was friendly and you would think that I knew them for a long time. The front desk staff member Amber went beyond her duties to make sure anything that I needed was handled, you rarely get a lot of great customer service like that anymore, and when she was not there Renee was always available as well. One day I went to the lobby for a cup of coffee and there was only a little regular coffee left. I asked if she could let me know when they are going to refill the coffee, and I'll come back down. Instead of her saying ok and that she will give me a call, she stopped whatever she was doing since there were no other customers there and made it right then and there. And for me that meant so much because I am a huge coffee drinker. LOL. So, I said all that to say that if you are looking for a place that makes you feel like family and like you are home, this is the place to stay. Thank you Mikki Banks
