Very good. The hotel is not in the center of town and the breakfast is average, which is a bit disappointing. The service at the hotel is very good. There was a fat dark-skinned lady with glasses outside the front desk. I don't know how stupid I am, there is nothing more stupid... If you meet her on duty at the front desk, you'd better have no problems and don't need help. Although she caused me a lot of trouble, other managers finally helped to solve it satisfactorily.

There are no slippers in the room, no mineral water, the sheets were washed but not ironed before being laid out, it felt like used sheets, I didn't dare to use them until I was sure they were new, the room was very noisy, the view outside was great after the snow
