We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was great! Staffs are very friendly but their hot tubs and pool are not available when we checked in.

The bathroom has a peculiar smell and is generally unhygienic. Because it is close to the road, the house shakes when a large car passes by. At first I thought it was an earthquake! I probably won't stay here again.

Location and service are perfect. Room facilities are good in new condition. Only downside is the bathroom surprisingly doesn't seem to have a ventilation fan, but didn't both too much.

Room is very clean and modern. Hotel has a self service coffee station 24/7. Check in was quick but no any information regarding facilities or surrounding is given. Breakfast is included, very simply but more than enough to fill you up and good start of the day.

What we like: The hotel is quite new, the room is quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful.
What we don’t like: The hotel is located at the edge of the town, which is few minutes drive from the downtown area. It is also close to the railway and we can hear train noise in the evening.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. It was a good stop over for our trip to Banff.

Wonderful stay, very clean spacious room with a great view and very good bathroom. Parking included and available! Made it very easy for us, no worries about a car. The service was wonderful, with great recommendations and attention to detail. Breakfast was complimentary, which we appreciate, however breakfast options were quite limited. Otherwise everything was great!
