Worst experience EVER. Drove 7 hours to meet family and go to a funeral.. wanted a quiet nice stay. First day, the host was literally peaking in the garage window, scared me half to death. My boyfriend went to talk to him and he stated our card declined that we booked online with so I gave him my credit card to charge. He left and shortly after we left the house and we saw him and a cop pass us, only to be met by more cops, got pulled over and told that the owner called them about fraud being committed. Embarrassed and angry I gladly showed them my id and credit card matched. As if that wasn’t bad enough being made late for funeral and accused of committing a crime, we got back very late night in the middle of a snow storm and he had changed the door code! He charged me over 3000 dollars, got me pulled over and then changed the door code, this is all after one night. He was extremely rude over the phone when we were confused about being locked out. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, 0/100 recommend!!!!

We had a unique situation with our booking and John at Lush Mountain was very helpful in resolving it. He went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant experience so thank you John! The accommodation was absolutely stunning and we hope to be back in another season!
