Over the course of a 12 day vacation, Palliser was the stand out in our hotel experience. My 16 yo son and I stayed in the 2- bedroom suite with hot tub. The resort is up a canyon, away from 'downtown' Golden (it's a charming town), and every single time we drove up to our hotel in the evening, we saw black bear in the canyon. So fun! We saw 6 bears near the hotel and zero in Yoho National Park, lol. The hotel itself was super roomy, clean, and welcoming. The balcony hot tub was awesome, with a gorgeous view. The front desk staff were the accommodating and by far the most friendly we dealt with on our vacation. I would recommend 10/10! (Pics were taken before checking out. Everything was in great condition and beds made when we got there)

We love it here. We come back every year for our family ski trip. Service is excellent and the place is large, clean and cozy with private hot tub. It’s a true ski out without being too close to the gondola Everything you need for a perfect ski trip!

Family March Break Vacation
We loved the private hot tub. We loved the kitchen and its many amenities including Nespresso, dishwasher, washer/dryer facilities. We enjoyed the separate bathrooms for our two bedroom property.

A bit away from the base but really quiet. A nice hot tub area. Parking is easy. A little worn around the edges room (original furniture) wise but each unit is different. I prefer it to the two buildings that are right beside the gondola. Bellstar runs it and they do an above average job.
