My first is excellent until some culprit trigger the fire alarm 4:15 am in the morning on 4/15/24..

The hotel meets expectations, housekeeping is the what makes the hotel. They without fail always are polite, helpful, & don’t have preferences to who they cater to. They seem to all be on the same page as in what needs to be done. The front desk is very helpful, courteous, & friendly. The only bad part is the hotel is pet-friendly for the entire hotel. I would have been impressed or please if there was at least one floor for people that like me are not pet-friendly.

Nos encantó el hotel excelente fin de semana, con una estadía muy agradable, el hotel muy limpio, excelente servicio del personal, y las habitaciones muy agradables.
