Booked a 2 night stay again at Extended Stay America located at Columbia I-26. Room booked was for disability access as we were recovering from a leg injury but what happened when we checked in, we were given a room on 3rd floor. Front desk staff said there's no disability access room available even though it showed availabilities on booking page; the staff mentioned she'll refund us the money if we didn't want the room. Our room was all the way to the end too. We were too tired to go anywhere and chose to stay. Booking was made thru Trip.com and the capable support team noted the issue with room booking. They were very quick to resolve the issue we had too. Thank you ESA and especially Trip.com. You have the best support team!
