This is the second time I have at this hotel. First off not sure what is going on with the crew that is doing the renovations but why a month later everything still looks the same, except now the clerks have outside table for the front desk. The reason for this review is to voice my concern about the rooms and the air ac units. I checked into the hotel and went to my room. After a few minutes in the room I decided to do an inspection and to my dismay I found some black mold in the AC unit. I was concerned because this can cause harm to anyone for life. So I reported it but the only thing that was stated, "no one else has complained". Not what I was wanting to hear. Please have the room checked out for the safety of the guest that are staying in your hotel. Thank you

I made a phone call asking if we could have adjoining rooms, spent 20 minutes on the phone insuring that the rooms were adjoining. Arrived at the hotel the rooms were not adjoining so I wasted $200.

Had to down grade room for 2 kings to 2 queens because the elevator was broken. Didn’t bother to give a credit or lower rate for the room

Don’t Stay Here!!!
I am traveling with my elderly parents the hotel is being renovated and they’re are boxes on the floor where they can’t get in and they informed me that the elevator is broken and we are on the 3rd floor so I’m currently driving around Columbia looking for a hotel
