My husband and I really enjoyed are stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very very clean and the bed and pillows are so comfortable. So many stores close by. Everything you can thunk of is right there. .. we will go back again.

The Front desk Associate was excellent, Mya, very friendly and when we asked about dinner, she suggested Texas Roadhouse and gave us a 20% discount card. Our room is clean, we are here now, she saw my husband was using a cane and gave us a handicap room, the shower is great. However the room amenities were lacking. We are low on toilet paper and the Kleenex box had three Kleenex. Our Tv was set on Spanish, we had trouble getting it to English. My husband went to Mya and she provided the toilet paper and Kleenex. We look forward to a hot breakfast. We are Marriott Bonvoy members so we got our points, as well as senior discount. Mya also accommodated our first floor request. We would stay again.

Leaking room with mold
The room was in poor repair. There had been a leak at the window and the sheet rock was falling apart and absent. It was a breeding ground for mold. We should not have been put in a room in this condition. When we addressed it with the front desk they said there was nothing they would do since we booked through a “third party” like **********. I woke up feeling sick and congested from sleeping in this room.
