First thing we noticed was a group of men smoking **** in the parking lot. There were stains on our bedsheets and the rooms and hallway smelt a little wet and a lingering ********* smell. Staff was great and friendly though.

I used 70,000 points to stay at this property and this was the absolute worst stay ever! My room had no AC and no one attempted to fix it. The room they moved me to also had very very low water pressure! So I checked out and found another hotel to stay in. I have yet to receive my points refunded. 2nd room was dirty and everytime I went to the desk to receive help the desk was empty for long periods of time. I will NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY EVER AGAIN!

Had a great time meeting up with friends there, the staff Michael & Jason were excellent, very nice guys! Very helpful too, our friend thought he lost his ‘man bag’ and Michael took so much time with him in trying to locate it on the camera recordings! Great guy! Wife found in room under bedspread! 😁 We really appreciated their help they had great personalities! Hotel was clean! Breakfast good! Bed comfy! Only issue water pressure was low in our bathroom sink. We, hopefully, will be back sooner than later! Thank you guys! God bless you! Good breakfast. Lots of choices. Coffee excellent.
Bed was good. The only issue is the bleach smell on the sheets have a strong bleach smell. I’m glad I brought my own pillow to help filter the smell.

The cleanest room. The bathroom was very clean. The pillows were just right not to hard or to soft. The staff was very friendly.
