We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff here are all so friendly. Our suite was spotless. We had a nice breakfast before our departure. Hubby said the grits were delicious. I opted for the build your own breakfast burrito! So yummy! When I booked it , I went by the reviews. When we pulled in, we realized we stayed here a year ago as well.

Great experience all the way around. Nolan at checking was great. Ms. Terri was a delight to talk to while waiting on coffee to be ready. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Only issue was the temperature of the shower. Great pool though a little crowded but cleared out around dinner time. Off the beaten path but close to everything. Definitely stay again when back in the area

Front desk checkout NOLAN has personality plus and always a smile. Think he should be person in charge of first impressions. Breakfast was great. Clean and refreshed promptly & friendly staff. Hotel Manager Valerie is present in hotel and makes sure your hotel experience is positive and pleasant experience, with a smile. Hotel is clean, fresh and updated.

Nice room!
Our room was very nice. The bathroom was large with a nice shower. We had a very restful night on a comfortable bed. The kitchen was well appointed.

Booked a double queen suite for family of four. Ended up with one bed in a wheelchair accessible room. Front desk says “******* cannot guarantee the room they sold you, only any room we have available.” Won’t that mistake again.

We usually stay at the Embassy suites but since it is closed for renovations we opted to stay at this property! As soon as we saw all the kids that were apparently some sort of sports teams we thought “oh no- this is going to be noisy!” But it wasn’t! Our room was really nice and big and very clean!! Toni at the front desk was wonderful and Sonya helped us secure a room on the top floor which is where we prefer!! They recognized us over and as Diamond members and thanked us!! Only downfall was we did not get breakfast as the breakfast area was packed with the kids from the teams and we literally could not get close to the food but we still think this property is a solid 4 star place and we definitely will stay again!!
