Room picture on website didn't exactly match the room i got. The tv thought it was December 28, 2004 which meant the channel guide was useless (front desk said technician was coming next day). Our toilet was on and off running most of the night. The TV was off to the right side of the bed as opposed to right in front of it like most hotel rooms. Buffet breakfast had some odd hot alternatives versus the usual scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage potatoes. Overall, just a 3 out of 5.

The hotel over all was fairly clean but the room cleaning service was not good at all. We had to call them to come clean the room and when they did come, they did the bare minimum. The house cleaner was pretty lazy.

Ew just ew the pull out couch had blood on it and smelt like death the beds had weird stains on it the tv is in a weird spot in the room there is a big table in the middle of the room the sink in the bathroom has like 6 cracks in it the tub/ shower is very very small the closet is very small the pool looks dirty the elevator makes weird noises the trash can is under the sink which is very weird the water in the shower was not getting colder if I put in on cold it got hot but if you put in on hot it’s really hot one of the room keys didn’t work their were stickers on the ceiling. I will never be coming here ever again it’s terrible

This room was fine but there were a lot of undesirable features due to poor design. The tv was in an odd location on the side. It was hard to see from the beds or any of the seating area. It was difficult to reach the outlets and the light switches were inconvenient. The bathroom was very small for the size of the room and definitely needed for towel hooks. On the plus side the air conditioning worked GREAT!

Erica's breakfast bar is on point! 💯 She makes it look easy! Great place friendly people! Excellent choice. We arrived late and were greeted like expected and wanted guests. Excellent staff, clean and beautiful facility. Great rooms. If I'm ever back here I'll stay again.

Stayed here for an extended work trip, the rooms are decent, and seem to be kept clean. Erica was very attentive to any needs down stairs, especially first thing in the morning after getting off a long shift. Breakfast isn't bad at all and there's plenty of coffee.

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were happy with our stay. The place was clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Erica was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely stay again. Hopefully when Erica is working!
