While the infrastructure of this hotel has some shortcomings, design of the bathroom glass doors is poor, inconsistent temperature of the hot/cold taps in the bathroom, what made the hotel 5 star for us is the amazing service of the staff. This is what makes us stay at the Marriott whenever we visit Columbia...the impeccable service levels I need to commend some of the staff. Rachael - amazing service Venda - great memory Prahar (front ofc) - considerate and kind Sherry - very helpful Housekeeping staff - ultimate service and cleanliness.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, I felt genuinely welcomed. The front desk agent, Michelle Perry, went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth and that all my needs were taken care of. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. Michelle made me feel like a valued guest from the start — offering helpful local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this sincere and thoughtful. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, but it was Michelle’s outstanding hospitality that truly made my stay memorable. She is a true asset to the team, and I will definitely be returning in the future because of this experience. Highly recommend!

Our meeting went very peacefully and one of the reasons is Mr Prahar at the desk who has been very well groomed and taken care of our meeting. 1. Service is good 2. Food was yummy 😋🤤 3. Location of event and presentation was amazing 🤩🤩 Truly good 😊

This is one of the finest properties of Marriott in the Columbia region. Right from Valet, Venda took our car. She was so friendly and in the Front Desk, PRAHAR took our check-in. He was very informative about the hotel and the nearby places to eat. He is a very hard working person and deserves a raise. Housekeeping is also fantastic.

Great Spread, Enjoyed with the Kids Prahar at the desk was very attentive who made our arrival special. Breakfast was also up to the mark, but the coffee was too strong and there was no whole milk plain yogurt for my Parfet which I had to compromise on.

Had been tired after a long drive and PRAHAR at the desk greeted us kindly and made our check in process smooth. We were also given best room by PRAHAR and we are so obsessed with the hospitality of the staff there. Will surely visit soon.
