I chose this hotel after seeing the high ratings from Ctrip. But when I arrived at the hotel for the first time, the whole cover of the air conditioner in the room fell off. I was afraid of being misunderstood by the hotel and immediately asked to change the room. As a result, the changed room was facing the main road. The car roared all night and I couldn’t sleep. Our family had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very spacious and well-equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and ice bucket, which made our stay even more convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well. The room stayed nicely cool, which made it extra relaxing. The water pressure in the shower was amazing—definitely a nice bonus. My son especially enjoyed the indoor pool—it was a fun way to unwind. The breakfast selection was nice with a good variety to choose from, and the customer service was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was also super convenient having a Publix Superstore nearby for anything we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent room. Enjoyed the layout, comfortability, and speciousness. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was just okay, but I was glad it was available. There was nothing terrible about the staff, but they were not great—not very hospitable.
