Fantastic hotel. Horrible Horrible customer service. I was charged a pet cleaning fee when I should have not. The staff who informed me of this was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never stay at this hotel again and I suggest until they get new employees, you stay away as well.

This was our last hotel we stayed at on our May 2024 road trip. It was only for one night (Friday night). The hotel sits in a nice looking area, we felt safe. The area didn't look run down or shady. Check in was great. Susie H. was working the front desk and was super nice. We got a room on the third floor right across from the elevator. The room was a handicap accessible room was it was nice and spacious. We prefer our rooms to be cold and it was already at a nice temperature. Breakfast was decent, although we must have arrived right after a rush because most of the main foods were almost gone.

Monday night August 14, 2023 we stayed in room 214 and at 2:00 am my wife woke me up telling me we had BEDBUGS. We couldn't get anyone to answer phone at front desk so I went down and had to knock on office door to get someone to come to counter. The employee came up to the room and witnessed seeing the bugs. She helped us move to another room. At checkout, a member of management was with the deskclerk. When she heard my room number she perked up. First thing she asked was "Did you take pictures?". I said no but the employee came to the room and saw them. The manager said the sticky note the employee left did not mention that. Manager said she had been to room and they stripped the bed and did not see any. I asked if she saw the blood on the pillow from the bed bugs my wife killed. Manager said she didn't have any proof it was bed bug blood. She had the denial routine down. Gave me the impression she was very experienced denying these problems. Condition of the hotel is very disappointing for a Hilton property.

The stay was disappointing. The walls are fragile, could hear tv in the next room. Children running the halls until late. (never understand why parents let them do this) The internet was spotty on the 3rd floor. Wish Hilton would think about their guest sleep quality and put in some decent insulation between rooms. Again, no USB charge ports available. desk was responsive but not all that helpful. breakfast was ok.

No milk for cereal. Other than that food bar well stocked so how can you forget the milk?? Room clean. Bed is ok. Pillows are ok. They do have fresh cookies out at check in for a short while. Staff are nice.

This hotel is terrible. The people are nice, but the maintenance on this hotel is disgusting. The digital keys did not work, which is admittedly a minor inconvenience, but it got worse from there. When we got in the elevator, it made a terrible grinding noise every single time we got to the top floor. Made us feel very unsafe. When we got to our room, we realized that our shower door wouldn’t close. Both doors slid to the side away from the shower head. I jammed it closed with my fiancés hair pin so I could take a shower because it was late and I just wanted to go to bed. I mentioned this to the front desk staff in the morning, knowing they would have time to fix it while we ventured into the city. I was assured it would be taken care of, and when we returned, the door was closed. But when my fiancé tried to take a shower, the door (which had been wedged onto the track to keep it closed) literally fell off the track and hit her. Instead of leveling the track, they simply jammed it off the sliding track. Again, I mentioned this to the front desk the following morning. Again they promised to fix it. And again, we came back and it was closed. But when I opened it slightly to check if it was jammed again, it slid open just like it did before. Not fixed. It was our last night, so we jammed it shut again and went to bed. When I talked to the manager at checkout, the excuse was that the hotel was remodeled in 2019, and it was the contractor’s first job ever. That makes me feel very safe. In addition to this fiasco, don’t bother requesting towels here. They will never materialize, unless you go to the front desk yourself. And don’t try to use the indoor pool. It is kept at a brisk 58 degrees in mid-March. If I wanted a polar bear swim, I would have jumped in the Mississippi River…or perhaps the industrial drainage pond that I got to stare at from my room window all weekend. We won’t be back.

What a treat it was to check into this facility! Everyone from the front desk staff to the breakfast room attendant was friendly, helpful, and professional. My room was very clean and well-appointed.

The lady at the front desk, who said her name was Allison, was incredibly rude. My daughter came in needing to use the restroom after a long day of traveling and was screamed at by Allison, who informed us that we had one warning to get to our room. She was even more rude when my husband went out to get our baggage from our car, telling him “good luck” staying at the hotel in the future.

Saturday (2/4) morning 5am desk attendant/manager did an outstanding job welcoming us and went above and beyond what we normally experience at hotels. Plenty of meeting space to meet with out of town / traveling Family and Friends with rooms grouped together. throughout our stay.
