Traffic noise HVAC unit too loud (had to turn it off to sleep Toilet exhaust fan too loud (sounds like a truck) Breakfast is not free, very expensive, charge $3.00 for bad coffee

Great service but really dated and broken furniture in rooms. We stay here once or twice a year due to convenience and service. Last year we asked when they were going to update the cabinetry (doors falling off, beat up at the bottom) and upholstery (dirty chairs and sofas and finally replace old outlets with USB ports. The front desk said they thought last March 2025. Well, that didn't happen. We'll give it one more try, then may switch to Marriott.

This hotel is old and dirty. The room we were placed in was unsanitary and the entrance door was damaged. We did not feel clean or safe in this hotel. There was mold in the bathroom. There were broken lights. Outlets in the room did not work. The rigged stained all over and damp.

Staff were great, but property is old, rooms are very outdated and cleanliness is an issue. If I could have found another hotel to move to I would have. My first room awful, but thankfully they moved me to another room. I would not stay here again. I don't understand the high positive reviews. The hotel I normally stay was full so I booked here based on the reviews and the higher cost as I thought I would get. "Hilton" experience.

The staff was wonderful. There are very limited food choices at the hotel. The breakfast food was subpar. Only one elevator is working. Again, wonderful staff. Infrastructure not as good.

Very close to Merriweather Post so we stayed overnight for a concert. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. They offer a shuttle to and from the concert which was a nice perk. One elevator was not working so it was a little slow getting up and down to the 4th floor at times but that would be my only complaint.
