This is my third year in a row coming for the M3 festival and 3 years ago wasn't too bad other than being way overpriced, but last year and this year I question why I even stayed. Last year, I thought it was just a fluke that I had zero water pressure in the shower. Then this year it happened again. You can't even really wash your hair let alone try to rinse off the soap. You brush your teeth and can't rinse the sink. It doesn't matter at what time.. there is just no water pressure. Thinking it might have just been us in our room, we brought it up in the breakfast area as we all just started talking and everybody else agreed that they also did not have water pressure. Same with people you meet in the elevator! It's the whole hotel..so there's obviously a problem. When we checked out, I was asked how everything went and I said it was just okay. I mentioned that it was really rough not being able to enjoy a shower and she said that she knew that they were having problems. For 2 years? Originally, I booked the room for two nights at almost $700. When the price dropped halfway to the event I canceled and rebooked for two nights at 500. Obviously I shouldn't have paid in advance because 2 weeks before we were supposed to come, the price dropped down to $215 for two nights on booking. com. Boy am I kicking myself in the ass for paying what I did. A few of us all stay in the hotel to enjoy breakfast together and we all decided to get a different hotel next year. I can say that your body wash and shampoo and conditioner are top notch. Having water to use those would have been nice. Lotion bottle was empty. Not a single drop. I didn't say anything because I didn't even care at this point but not sure how housekeeping didn't see this? Rooms are clean but hallways and neighbors are noisy. Can't blame the hotel though. People are just inconsiderate. I won't be returning but for the sake of your other customers, I recommend a plumber.
