Was assured that it would be. Got there went straight to bed, middle of the night my mother in law went to restroom, low toilet wit loose lid that shifted and nearly put her in the floor, no handrail, tall tub instead of shower, she could not get in. No rails there either, toilet paper holder was broken and laying under sink and paper was behind her where she could not reach. Fast forward to the " breakfast buffet style breakfast " 4 or so biscuits and some sausage patties...oh the waffle iron was working I think. We went to waffle house instead. Called customer service and spoke to Anna, said was sending a claim to them and if they didn't take care of it when we checked out to call back and they would handle it. Nothing was known about it and no Mgr on premises. Called customer service back and after 30 minutes on the phone offered me extra points, I told him I didn't pay with points but with money. Was told to call hotel because of being privately owned they couldn't help me. I have been trying to get in touch with the manager to no avail. Will try again tomorrow. I am a Choice rewards member but will never stay at one of their properties again. Motel 6 would probably have been better. Update, been a week nor response from anyone yet. I guess the best way to handle an issue is to ignore it till it goes away

I was there studying for my National Registry Test for EMT. I went for a quiet stay the night before my test and I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thank you all for everything you did for my stay!

We stayed in the exact same room a year ago, they still hadnt fixed the toilet paper holder. Beds mildly uncomfortable.

Totally inefficient Got there and the room they gave still had unmade beds, like it had been started but not finished. Second room had one king-size bed (we requested two double beds). Finally someone who had a double room but didn't need two beds traded with us. The room did not have a refrigerator, so they had to go find one to put in our room. We were there four nights and the room was never cleaned even though we requested it be cleaned. We had to get fresh towels from the front desk. We were told it would be cleaned on Saturday (the day before we left), but when we returned to the room in the late afternoon, it had not been touched.

I like the hot breakfast but it ain’t enough for everyone. If you are like only 1 hour late, you’re not gonna get enough. Housekeeping is not automatic, they want you to request that. I dont know why.

Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom fan did not work. Overhead light was out in the room. No phone in the room. Facility was quiet. Staff was pleasant but did not address problems. Outdoor patio had very limited seating. Did not clean room which was scheduled. Breakfast options were not very appetizing. Suggest more options. Food was lukewarm. Meh.
