Not only was the room dirty. The floor was not mopped. None of the electrical outlets worked. The phone cord has been cut. There was no clock and someone took the TV absolute nightmare.

Reserved 2 rooms, the 1st (room 150) had bugs all over the place and the security lock was busted off of the door. The lady at the front desk was no help at all. There was multiple people in front of me who where complaining at the same time. Gross and unsafe. The second room seemed better. Actually stayed in it due to no other options. Could not get out of there fast enough. I have a relatively low bar as far as what's acceptable, and this failed completely.

Hotel was very dirty. TV screen was shattered. Dirty towels in the room. Stains on the bed. Requested a refund and was given it by the clerk at the front desk. Gentleman was very nice but the room was terrible. Would not recommend

I walked into the first room I was given and it was dirty. Dirty towels hanging over chair and bed linen was definitely not clean

DISGUSTING. this is a 1 star review because negative stars are not an option.
This was in the most unsafe feeling neighborhoods i have ever found a hotel to be in. There was blood and red stains all over the bedding and floor. Bathroom drain had mold growing and walking away out of it.
No idea if they have EVER cleaned the room a single time.
Snow was still on the ground, NOTHING had been shoveled off, not even the stairs to second floor of the all outside access hotel.
We checked out less than 20min after checking in and spent the best money ever staying somewhere else.
