Room was high quality and clean. Service was good. Challenges were very spotty wifi and soap and shampoo dispensers that would not work.

Amazing hotel experience... if you're ever staying in the spring.area I highly recommend, but pricey, but worth every dime in my humble opinion. Last but not least, slept like a new born, after my girlfriend did her magic trick, we didn't wanna check out the following AM LOL,

My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our first visit to Colorado Springs. The hotel is historic, and is located in downtown Colorado Springs close to lots of things, including restaurants, and bars. Downtown Colorado Springs has a lot of awesome art, including wall murals on buildings, and sculptures at different points around the city. The hotel lobby is gorgeous, with large windows all the way around the building and fine interior details, a great coffee place and a bar that has appetizers and drinks from 3 to 10 PM. Our room was the perfect size for the two of us with a spacious bathroom and large shower and large windows with views of downtown Colorado Springs. Valet parking is pricey, but the valet advised us we could self park our car literally down the street for less than half the price. There’s a new Italian restaurant attached to the hotel but we did not get a chance to try it. Looked really nice. We would definitely stay at the hotel again as the staff and the overall experience were wonderful.

Very upscale and comfortable ! Easy access to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Walking distance to many local eateries, museums, shops and parks. Check out the Farmers Market on Saturday. Very friendly staff.

Excellent place & highly recommend for any occasion. The pricing is reasonable, you’re greeted with valet parking, the front desk was hospitable and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfy, the food was amazing, and the spa was exceptional. Loved my stay and will be staying again!

Such a charming property! In a good location in downtown CSprings. Close to restaurants and things to do. Have gone for a couple of weekends since we live in Denver. Nice rooms, fun bat, cute lobby. Jill - the nighttime front desk clerk - is amazing. So helpful and welcoming, she’s a great ambassador for the property. Will stay here again and again.
