This place very comfortable. Very accommodating. The staff are helpful and seem to do what they can to make your experience a pleasant one. The front desk staff always greet with a smile and are helpful.

The staff were nice enough until the manager decided to not only yell at me but through the whole lobby and hotel. Customer service is the name of the game in hotels. You can be an economy and have manners. When someone’s default is yelling, customer service isn’t for you. I hope upper management makes better decisions in staff that don’t cost them money and customers going forward.

WoodSprings Suites is a model that is best suited for the longer term traveler and they provide a minimum needed to make the stay comfortable. The Good- place was well maintained, clean, relatively new and everything is functional. Front entrance staff was always available and very helpful with the offerings that WoodSprings provide. The OK – Thin not very absorbent towels. One large bath towel provided per guest. Shampoo and bar soap was enough for a day or two, maybe. Weekly room cleaning so no refresh on towels or toiletries unless requested. No in room coffee or tea. Not a big deal but the coffee in the lobby was burnt and dated. Overall this could be a good choice for a long term traveler especially if you often bring your own toiletries and maybe your own towels. I would stay again if traveling solo, I would not bring a date for a weekend in Colorado Springs to this hotel. It doesn’t impress but is very functional.

horrible experience. When i checked in i had some questions for the front desk lady and was met with extreme rudeness. the lady then refused to let me check in and verbal assaulted me. Her coworker was trying to help me out but she proceeded to freak out and kept saying I would not be allowed to stay there despite having a reservation. The manager later told me that because i decided to not to stay there, after the whole situation as I wouldn't have felt safe, I would at least not be charged for the hotel. However they preceded to charge me for the stay anyway. Overall I was very disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this hotel. I have never seen such unprofessional and aggressive behavior from hotel staff before and would not consider booking here again.
