Kinship Landing

Great place and location. Rooms and beds were amazing. The Homa Cafe was delicious and convenient. The contactless check in and check out proceess was great and there was always someone available to help or answer questions if needed. Would definately recommend and would stay again!

I stayed at Kinship Landing on a business trip and returned to stay an extra night due to issues with my car. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, the rooms were cool, comfortable and well equipped, and the food at the restaurant in the lobby was great. Also, there are lots of fun restaurant options in the neighborhood. I highly recommend Kindship Landing and can't wait to stay there again!

My husband and I recently stayed at this charming hotel in Colorado Springs for a long weekend getaway, occupying room 406. We were pleasantly surprised by the super comfortable bed and thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful design of the room. The decor was modern yet cozy, creating a relaxing atmosphere after our day exploring the city. However, our experience was slightly marred by intermittent loud mechanical noises during the evening. Despite this small inconvenience, the overall quality of our stay was quite high, and we would gladly consider returning on our next visit to Colorado Springs. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable base for our trip, and we appreciated the attention to detail in room design and amenities.

This place was very modern and we found it rather challenging as we are seniors. It is in a good location - convenient to rt 25. Our room was challenging for us. Although it offered a beautiful view, it was cumbersome to get in and out of bed. The bed was a mattress situated on a raised floor - about 15 inches high. If we were not is such good physical shape, we would have had to ask for a different room. Stepping up on the raised floor wasn't so easy. Also, the mattress was on that raised floor, so I had to stoop down to get into bed. Getting up was even harder. It was very close to the wall and window - there was no room to put anything that could help me get up. The ceilings were very high so although the room was small, there seemed to be alot of room. We stopped down at the bar during happy hour for a beer. It was a pleasant location as as time went by more people came in - for drinks and for dinner. We decided not to eat here. Parking was conveniently located behind the facility - there was a charge to park here but that's not unexpected do to the proximity to downtown. The hotel had breakfast at the restaurant but selection was minimal. We decided to get on our way to the Denver airport and stop somewhere along the way. I don't think I would stay here again. Reviews were good so that's why I selected it. Our experience was so-so.
