The room smells bad because of the ground shaking, the door sensor is poor and it is difficult to open the door, the toilet door lock is very loose and sometimes can't open the door, other than that the breakfast is good and the location is convenient

Quick business trip for sales calls. This hotel was a great value and in a popular part of town. I would come back with my family, the rooms are big!

The hotel is clean, the staff needs a course on customer service. Simple things like smile, listen to the customers needs or issues. Offer solutions. Breakfast is good if you get there early. They do not keep it stocked well. I burnt a bag of popcorn during my stay. I was charged 2 days after I checked out $102.22. Then the next day $100 more dollars. I was told i smoked in my room. They did not want to hear anything I had to say. Some housekeeper said it smelled like smoke. Therefore the charges are final and I was told to have a nice day. If your traveling on a budget like I was I don't recommend staying here. The unexpected charges ruined the rest of my vacation.

It is a pleasant place and a good value. Unfortunately, the walls are paper-thin. If a guest in an adjoining room is watching TV, talking, laughing, or coughing, guests in other rooms hear it all. Sleep can be difficult. And when a refuse truck is picking up a dumpster (at 4:00 a.m.), sleep is impossible! I would have been happier staying at a more expensive hotel that was built with better soundproofing.

This is a fine hotel for the price. My room was clean and comfortable, and included a mini-fridge and microwave. The hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles) was typical of other Quality Inns, and service was friendly. The location is right off 1-25, and there is a big shopping center right across the street with a variety of shops and restaurants.

Sami the Desk Clerk is AMAZING!!! She is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She has made my stay at Quality Inn South Wonderful!!! The entire staff has been great, but Sami is exceptional !!! I highly recommend this hotel. Ask for Sami...

This is the best value motel I've stayed in in years. It is not perfect, but the bed was great and the bathroom worked just fine. It even had waffles for breakfast which is unique at this price in this type of location. There were several minor things that weren't right, but at this price it can't be beat.
