Old Town Guest House is the best place to stay in Colorado Springs! Monica and Tom are so welcoming and friendly and truly care about their guests. The rooms are very nicely decorated, and each one is unique. Amenities include a mini fridge, steam shower, and access to a microwave and ice machine. The free off-street parking is also a big plus.

Last time we were at this B&B was close to ten years ago. We were disappointed when Shirley and Don sold the Guesthouse. When we found great reviews on the new innkeepers, Tom and Monica, we decided to give it another try. We are glad we did! Tom and Monica are great hosts that took the time to visit with us even though we knew they were very busy. Being able to play darts and pool in the basement was such a treat. It was very relaxing and all we hoped it would be. The only thing we did miss that Shirley and Don provided was wine and finger foods between 4:00 and 5:00 when guests arrived. That was always a nice touch. We will definitely be back:)

Great B&B - wonderful location. This is an ideal spot to explore Old Colorado City and the amenities of the Old Town Guesthouse B&B are wonderful. The staff are personable and helpful, the food quite good, the beds are decent, and the basement has a pool table, dart board, various board games, and a multi-arcade game - all included in your stay! Thanks again Old Town Guesthouse B&B - wasn't my first visit here, and won't be my last! :D

Real wonderful mountain hospitality 😊 What a wonderful place to get away: the themed rooms are amazing and all of the staff so kind and helpful! Location is also great: can walk to everything in town and yet still feels like an oasis in the house..

Monica & Tom are personable and absolutely lovely.
Monica made oir stay so enjoyable. She had excellent recommendations and she went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. I highly recommend staying with them! We will surely return!!

Great place to stay in OCC. Walking distance to Tapateria (all gluten free tapas, 2 minute walk) is a bonus. Also walking distance to lots of shops. Comfortable, quiet and spacious room. Helpful hosts. Delightful breakfast. We plan to return soon and often.

10/10 Amazing stay!
The Victorian Rose room was even better than we could have predicted. Ultimate privacy, stunning Mountain views, spacious, excellently clean, private hot tub for 2, and the staff were incredible from booking confirmation to checking out. The whole B&B is immaculate, homey, welcoming, and a perfect reprieve for either a short stay or a long holiday weekend.

Our stay at the Old Town Guesthouse B&B was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, Monica and Tom's warm hospitality made us feel like family. Each morning began with a truly delicious homemade breakfast, setting the perfect tone for the day. Our room was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The gas fireplace was a welcome touch on the chilly evenings, and the private balcony with its own hot tub offered a luxurious escape with breathtaking mountain views. We especially appreciated Monica's insightful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. For a truly relaxing and memorable getaway, we can't recommend the Old Town Guesthouse highly enough. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
