We are a military family traveling in to the Springs… The facility was clean and the amenities was ok but the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to us. Kicked us out before out checkout time and tried to keep our deposit when the room was immaculate before we left.

Stayed for 3 days for a family wedding. Hotel staff was unusually pleasant, facilities very clean and spacious. The hot breakfast was very well prepared and staff was attentive. The location was convenient in many ways. To the freeway exit and many attractions such as Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods and many more.

Wonderful service, clean hotel, nice staff, and a great price. Perfect location if you want to be by all of the attractions and sights. Great place to stay that won’t kill your wallet and you do not have to worry about cleanliness. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Colorado Springs.

I booked this hotel because it got good reviews. I don't understand how. The furniture had stains all over it, everything was just dirty. The pool was gross. The tile around the inside of the pool was supposed to be blue but it was brown from the buildup of body oil and dirt. The suite room layout was good for our family of 5 but that was the only good thing about this property unfortunately. Would not stay again.

This is a fairly typical Quality Inn. It's not the newest property, but it seemed well-kept, and my room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Service was friendly, and it's located right off I-25, with several restaurants and Garden of the Gods nearby.

The lobby was nice and access to room was fine. Bed was comfortable. The only reason I deducted 1 star was because the curtain in the room had a light leak and the room faced the parking lot. I tried to move furniture to keep curtain closed. And the tile in the shower could have been cleaned better. I did not use any amenities.

I really just enjoyed the location of the property. It was very easy to access and the parking was very nice. I suppose they are remodeling so it was a bit loud at times. One night there was a couple fighting and screaming at 1am in morning but overall it was nice
