Don't stay here. Horrible front desk service. My family was left without somewhere to stay and had to go elsewhere. My husband and I were meeting his brother in Colorado Springs where we all planned to share a room before continuing our journey and attending a wedding later in the week. Our flight into Denver was delayed into the evening so my brother-in-law tried to check in. Laura, the front desk attendant, would not let him check in because I was not present. The stay was booked under my IHG account with points, but I had added his name on the reservation. We share the same last name too. We have never had uses with others in our party checking in before, as long as they were noted in the reservation and everything was paid. Laura was extremely unaccommodating for our situation. We even offered to pay over the phone with our credit card, but she would not budge. Luckily they were able to stay at the Marriott SpringHill Suites nearby. Honestly it was a much better location anyway, further from the freeway and closer to downtown. Stay there instead!
