Five nights of bliss! Better than five star service and a fabulous breakfast every morning. Holden House is in 3 Victorian styled quaint homes with antiques, in a quaint, well located neighborhood in Colorado Springs. If you don’t stay here, you are backing up! Al Peterson

If you are on the fence about staying here, don’t be. Book it; you won’t regret it. We stayed two nights in the Cripple Creek room. The whole house is lovely. BUT the breakfasts are the pièce de résistance. I’m still talking about the breakfasts almost a week later. We stayed 2 nights at the Broadmoor, followed by 2 nights at Holden House. While the Broadmoor is extravagant and all you could want in a 5-star hotel, Holden House has our heart. Every member of the staff was exceptional and clearly had our comfort as their foremost goal. I hope that my travels take me to Colorado Springs again sometime so I can stay there again.

Breakfasts are spectacular. Wine service is a plus, especially on the porch. Staff is amazing. We did one breakfast downstairs and one in our room. Both were amazing. There are so many spectacular aspects to breakfast - warm muffins, real cream for coffee, just the right balance of service and privacy in the dining room, and all details recreated in our room. Enjoyed the wine service on the wrap around porch - delightful. Staff were always ready with restaurant recommendations. We stayed in the Aspen Suite - honestly, the "tower view" of sky and stars is worth it - and the couples tub too. Do not waste your money on a local hotel, Holden House offers far more bang for your buck!

it’s such a special experience to stay at the Holden house. The rooms are lovely and well appointed. Breakfast are wonderful and there’s great spaces to get together and meet new people. They offer a lovely happy hour and you can sit on the porch and just enjoy the vibe.

I have stayed in many B & Bs over the last few decades, and Holden House is without a doubt in the superior category. This is my third time staying at Holden House, and I look forward to more visits. The suites provide every necessity and comfort, and the breakfasts are pleasing to both the eye and palate. Treat yourself and add this wonderful lodging to your travel list.

The warmth and glow of the fireplace in the main house and in our suite was welcoming in chilly February along with the sumptuous and savory breakfasts we enjoyed each morning. The house, rooms and grounds were meticulously kept, clean and beautifully decorated. All of it, along with the innkeepers, was extremely welcoming. I've already booked a return visit because my husband and I enjoyed our 2-night trip so much! If I had to sum it up in one word it would be "pampered" completely!
