The house was very clean, the beds were comfy, and definitely a quiet neighborhood. We did a lot of sightseeing, and the commute was always fairly easy. The only issue was the only place we could have a meal was in the basement, with chairs in need of repair. I informed Lisa about this, and she was unaware, so I’m sure she will take care of that.

Stayvation It was a great place to relax after the day long activities we did. I will note that the living room and second bedroom are downstairs and the stairs are a little steep. Otherwise really nice place. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful place! I absolutely loved this house! The listing is accurate and the house is just as nice in person. It was perfect for my son, my parents, and I. The fact that it has a bedroom, bathroom, and living area upstairs as well as a separate bedroom, bathroom, and game room downstairs allowed us all to stay together but also have privacy. We ran into a minor issue with the internet that I created but Lisa was super communicative and helpful. And we were able to get it resolved quickly. She also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and sights to look for on some of our outings. I had moentioned that my parents were older and Lisa showed genuine concern for them by giving me very detailed explanations of how the house was set up (how many stairs there were and if they would need assistance going down to the bottom floor). The location is convenient to any and every thing that you would want to see in Colorado Springs. It was 20 minutes from Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Formation, The Manitou Incline, and The Pikes Peak Cogway. The Olympic Training Facility was literally 3 minutes away. There was a Safeway and 2 Walmarts within a mile. And there were several restaurants within the same distance. The day before we were leaving, Colorado Springs got a LOT of snow. Again, Lisa went above and beyond. She gave me advice on how to drive in snow (it was my first time doing so) and if there were any highway closures. We all loved this place and it felt like home away from home!
