The villas and apartments look great on pictures but in real life, are more like student dorms. Very bad price quality deals, pictures on the web are very staged, nothing like like it’s reality. One of our group suffered from bed bugs bites. Manager was not willing to resolve our complaints. Waiters are kind but slow to serve. Breakfast is not so good. Hotel was a great view of the lake but very high price for que quality you receive.

Luxury hotel with great views and access to lake Como. Our room was really spacious with a great view. The shore area offered a great way to reach the water and breakfast was delicious. Service was also very good.
Thing that could be improved: beach area seemed to open late and at different times each day (11:15/12:30pm). Also limited food options during the stay - either very fine dining in restaurant at night or pizza (only) at the beach bar. A broader menu for dinner would’ve been welcomed.

Gorgeous resort, clean and well kept. Beach bar and restaurant staff fantastic. Getting around is not the easiest, the ferries and buses did not seem to operate to any actual schedule, and the staff were completely uninformed on logistics- offering only private water taxis for $180 one way… The public ferries that do come terminate around 7, so you are stuck on one side of the lake. (Buses thankfully stop later) There was no full length mirror anywhere in our 4 person apartment (only small bathroom mirror) for 3 girls sharing this wasn't ideal. We asked for one but nothing appeared.

We stayed in the Filario residences and enjoyed every moment from check in to check out. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed having a large communal space to gather with our friends who we were traveling with but would also recommend these rooms for anyone traveling with kids. The property is right on the lake and has beautiful views, excellent dining options, and brand new amenities. We will definitely be back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, après les visites, il était tellement agréable de pouvoir profiter de la piscine à débordement vue lac et cerise sur le gâteau, une petite plage de cailloux/galets vous attend en contrebas. Paraît que c’est le seul hôtel au bord du lac, qui possède une plage. Le Personnel est très gentil et très efficace. Mention spéciale au restaurant gastronomique !! L’hôtel est très bien situé 6 km de Bellagio,

superb view of the lake into Belaggio. Our room was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The balcony had a table where we had our breakfast and the views are breathtaking
