Clean and quiet even though our room faced the Main Street. Walking distance to Ralph’s, a great place for local color - filled on a Monday night with happy neighbors who knew each other, as well as a cute ice cream shop opened in 1952. Staff was friendly, breakfast area well maintained, Chobani yogurts, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit and more. Coffee maker in the room but tea bags only available downstairs. Had a small issue with toilet tank refilling slowly and maintenance arrived within 5 minutes of reporting that! West Elm furnishings look nice and sofa bed would offer a large additional sleeping area for families but it was too deep for us to sit comfortably. Pillows would help but we didn’t want to use our bed pillows. Other reviews mentioned the separate toilet and shower areas, which are nice (two sinks) but frosted glass on the door to the toilet means that if one guest is asleep when the other uses that room the light is a bit bright. Easy to get on 90 and 88 to continue our trip - would absolutely stay here again.

If you book for any team tournaments BUYER BEWARE. They are inflexible. After tournament bumped our team. Manager refused to refund stay and charged us the room rate IN ADDITION to the $50 cancellation fee. Called the manager who talked over me and was uninterested in the fact that the need to cancel was beyond my control.

Book at your own risk... Right from the start, the Manager checking us in was off putting and showed a severe lack of interest in his job. He rushed us through the check in process, and gave us a harsh attitude when we asked if we could get conjoined rooms with our family (we called to request prior to our arrival and the woman who answered the phone said that they COULD do that for us). The Manager had a severe lack of training in customer service/satisfaction. The rooms themselves were alright. Clean, but cheaply updated. The bathrooms are incredibly tiny and lack room for comfort. The TV was outdated and did not work well. Beds are not ideal if you have back issues. The hotel had 1 working elevator. So unless you chose to take the stairs, you had to wait a considerable amount of time to get on the elevator. Room service carts also clogged the hallways. Even during off hours they remained in the halls. The breakfast was bare minimum, and the food that WAS there looked low in quality and re-heated from the previous day. My family will not be returing to this property in the future. Don't let other reviews fool you. This property has gone downhill big time. For the current price to stay, its a down right ripoff.

The staff is friendly. The TV had no signal and we couldn’t watch it. Everything else was great! Thanks

Went with my 3 granddaughters, we thought it was amazing. Room was terrific.

Doing some renovations but still a good place to stay. Quiet and clean
