This location is Clean, quiet and staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable . The facilities are well maintained. Laundry room clean and user friendly. Great location near shopping and restaurants. The mall is a quick ride away

The customer service was inpecable kinda skeptical because it was in colonial heights but the customer service made me feel at home. The room was just right no issues.The young lady Des is always available and I really appreciate the willingness to assist wether getting linens or a vacume it was always immediate.

I arrived here in October with my family. And currently I'm still here. When I first arrived I was a train wreck but Ms.Faith who works at front desk took all my worries away and didn't make me feel like I was a burden. The staff here is absolutely the best Ms. Desiree the assistant manager and Mr. Carl who is the manager with those three I can't ask for anyone better. They always make me and family feel welcome . It's an awesome team. The rooms are nice and clean and they always try to accommodate whatever you need. My name is Andrea Mangum I truly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

I’ve been staying year for years and this place has had some tremendous growth recently. New management and you can tell. Feels a lot more safe and organized. One thing that has remained consistent is the cleanliness the housekeeper I think her name is Margret or Maggie but her rooms are top notch

We are presently staying here now and we absolutely love it here and Desiree is amazing and one of the best for the front desk and the hotel. we have had an amazing stay and will be here for quite a bit longer and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else and the prices are great.

WoodSprings has been a wonderful experience. Deseree is wonderful she is always very helpful and very polite and friendly. The staff is great they are very polite as well my children love Ms.Faye . The facility is very clean and smells wonderful . I will definitely refer my family and friends to this location!

Great location, clean, safe and awesome staff. Charmel was very helpful. The hotel is a bit worn but you can tell the staff takes good care of it. Next time I visit this will be the place I stay and I recommend this to anyone who is in the area. Amazing amazing stay!!

Desiree is the absolutely best!! If it wasn’t for this place wouldn’t be as great!!! Overall the best experience I’ve had in a long time! She is absolutely wonderful. She’s been very accommodating to my needs. Especially going through a rough time!

When we first arrived, we had a bit of a problem however the manager was very sweet,patient and understanding. The room was nice and simple, the bed was comfy and the pillows were nice. Checking out was easy as well and all the staff were very nice and friendly.
