We have a fantastic experience here only AC problem that the hotel can’t fix it for us. Long story short, at night it’s cold and the hotel has changed the AC to hot ONLY! We can’t sleep because it’s too hot for us and we needed to open the door of the terrace for all night to cool the room down to sleep. We informed the staff and she told us that she can’t do anything for us because it’s control all of the AC in the hotel so she recommended us to open the main door and the terrace door for the wind to keep the temperature down and it worked perfectly. So 2 nights that we needed to sleep with the door open but it was a fantastic experience still! Thanks for the staff that trying to fix the problem and make the situation better.

The hotel's location is too remote. A taxi from the airport costs nearly 70 euros. If you don't drive yourself, don't choose this hotel.

Absolutely amazing place. This place is adults only and it is the best option. We have been here couple of times (twice this year) and everything is perfect. Amazing staff everywhere, if you need any information, they will help you and guide you. Staff in restaurant very friendly. Food is delicious, you have buffet and choices from the menu, which is enough. Every single menu is original, tasty with touch of local food. Rooms spacious, very clean with nice little treat on your arrival. We certainly love this place and we can’t wait to be back next year again.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war sehr gepflegt, sauber und modern (auf dieser Seite kursieren wohl noch viele alte Fotos, der Speisesaal und die Bar sehen jetzt ganz anders aus), zudem war das gesamte Personal von Rezeption über Gastrobereich bis zum Zimmerservice sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strandtücher kostenlos gg Kaution ausleihbar. Am Pool haben wir immer eine freie Liege gefunden, auch beim Essen kein Gedränge, es gab immer genug Platz, und das im August! Nach Ausflügen mit dem Mietwagen und der fast hoffnungslosen Suche nach einem Sandstrand, der in dieser Zeit nicht komplett überfüllt war, war die Rückkehr in die entspannte Hotelatmosphäre eine Wohltat. Den Es Trenc Strand erreichte ich zu Fuss in nur 20 Minuten, und wenn wir keine Lust zu laufen hatten, nutzten wir den schönen Pool oder gingen direkt beim Hotel ins Meer. Es gab am Pool eine Dusche und eine Umkleidekabine. Für späte Abreisen gab es einen Gepäckraum und eine Duschmöglichkeit. Das Essen war sehr lecker, Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und Abendessen konnte man spontan zum HP Preis nutzen. Die Zimmer haben alle Meerblick und m.E. sind die Standard-Zimmer völlig ausreichend, weil man eh nur Abends im Zimmer ist. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war gigantisch. Positiv auch der recht große Kühlschrank und die gut regelbare Klimaanlage. Der nächste Mallorca-Urlaub wird garantiert wieder in diesem Hotel sein:-)

Incredible price performance for the location, view and very good dishes are served here for the more gastronomic enjoying people. The location is calm, has two good brunch and a burguer restaurants down the street, local mini market and a cozy snack bar right next to the hotel. There's buses around 2 minutes walking from it to other places of the island and there's a gorgeous famous beach north-east of it where a lot of people go. Parking is insanely tough during day it's good weather due to the beach. I honestly think Universal should invest in a local parking for clients due to how many hotels of their own they have in the near area.
