In centro al paese vivendone l'atmosfera
Hotel in una palazzina molto caratteristica di soli due piani in pieno centro in paese ma con parcheggio gratuito a poca distanza, la camera era grande, ristrutturata e moderna e con disposizione interessante (lavandino e doccia separati da wc). In corridoio l'hotel offre acqua gratuita sempre.
Non abbiamo provato la colazione perché dovevamo partire presto ma a 1 minuto a piedi c'è una panaderia molto valida.
Si può raggiungere la spiaggia di Es Trenc a piedi attraversando il paese e poi altre spiagge. Non fate il nostro errore di avere prenotato per una sola notte: l'hotel è da vivere per più giorni, il paese anche (bellissima la passeggiata che circumnaviga il paese a ridosso del mare) e le spiagge sia a nord, sia a sud del paese sono tante.

Das Boutique Hostal Colonial ist eine kleine hübsche Unterkunft für Urlauber, die nur zum Schlafen das Zimmer benötigen. Sehr klein,aber alles sauber, Frühstück lecker,das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich bin schon zum 2.Mal dort gewesen und komme wieder.Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist total in Ordnung für meine Ansprüche alles super,sehr nettes Personal

Chambre très cosy et très bien équipée avec petite terrasse très agréable. L'hôtel est très bien situé à 200m de la mer avec un stationnement à coté de l'hôtel très facile et gratuit. Tout était parfait : l'accueil, la gentillesse du patron de l'hôtel et du personnel du restaurant. Petit déjeuner excellent, grand choix sucré/salé. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose des plats raffinés et très originaux, avec un service de qualité et dans la bonne humeur. Ne pas oublier de faire une petite pause coté glacier : les glaces sont excellentes. Petit conseil : prendre la 1/2 pension directement sur leur site internet : remise sur le séjour hors saison estivale + glace offerte Mise à disposition de distributeur d'eau fraiche gratuite ainsi que de multiples services pour faciliter votre séjour. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. La réussite d'un séjour est dans le détail et dans cet hôtel il y a beaucoup de détails qui nous ont permis d'être presque comme à la maison. Nous avons profitez de cet environnement très calme, de l'ambiance familiale de l'hôtel et du professionnalisme de toute l'équipe. Je recommande à 100%

Das Hotel ist wirklich Einzigartig. Es ist frisch renoviert, und sehr ansprechend im Mediterranen Stil dekoriert. Die Angestellten sowie der Direktor sind freundlich, professionell und herzlich. Als Top on ist das Essen wirklich ausgezeichnet. Dazu gibt es in diesem Hotel das "Beste Eis" von Spanien. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Die schönsten Strände Mallorcas sind zu Fuß vom Hotel aus zu erreichen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel und komme sicher bald wieder. Attenzione: le camere non sono quelle delle foto del loro sito. Le dimensioni sono minuscole e l’arredamento a dir poco spartano, problemi con l’acqua della doccia. Scalette per arrivare alle camere strettissime e ripidissime da domandarsi in caso di evacuazione dello stabile cosa potrebbe accadere…. oltre ad essere una vera noia quando si è stanchi dopo una giornata in giro per l’isola. Il personale ha generalmente in odio i turisti ma fortunatamente si ha poco a che fare con loro perché si è sempre in giro per spiagge bellissime. Ristorante anonimo, senza una chiara identità. Ci sono ristoranti in zona davvero eccellenti come Il Playa nella strada accanto o anche il bellissimo Cassai. Il gelato è buono e forse il Colonial dovrebbe dedicarsi proprio solo a questo: il gelato che gli viene bene e lasciar perdere tutto il resto!!!

This is a lovely friendly and very comfortable family run hotel with an amazing gelateria attached. The room I had was perfect, with great AC and a little terrace for taking in the evening sun. The hotel even provides the loan of beach umbrellas, essential when it was as hot as it was during my trip. Street parking is free, also very handy.

Now this place became a three star hotel boutique hotel and we have to admit: well done Sir. Compared to other places around he invested a bunch of money improving his place. The rooms are nice, well equipped and with cozy beds. Cleaning is done each day, quick and clean. The WiFi works perfectly. The breakfast is delicious, fresh made warm dishes included. There is nothing we can complain about except the air-condition which is too noisy. However, since it is one of these single-room installed one, you cannot expect them to be really quiet. We recommend a visit of this hotel.
