Hotel dość wyeksploatowany, jedzenie Ok ale szału nie ma. Podejście personelu sprzątającego w szczególności starszej Pani z 3 piętra katastrofa ( ładnie się uśmiecha i tyle). Protesty tubylców na plaży i totalne lekceważenie wczasowiczów. Wypisywanie karteczek przy zamówieniach napoi z ich podpisywaniem przy jedzeniu uwłaczające. Zdecydowanie mój ostatni raz na Majorce jest wiele pięknych miejsc z przyjazną atmosferą. Po przyjeździe z lotniska i oczekiwaniu na pokój nikt nie zapyta czy podać coś do picia a o poczęstunku można zapomnieć - bo doba hotelowa zaczyna się za kilka godzin. Gdy w innych hotelach jeszcze nie zdążyłem usiąść a obsługa już pytała czy podać coś do picia nie mówiąc o poczęstunku. Gdyby nie zatłoczona ale fajna plaża z łagodnym zejście do morza to urlop byłby całkowicie stracony.

Völlig aus der Zeit gefallen. Das Hotel ruft Preise auf, die in keinster Weise der Qualität der Zimmer, dem Pool oder der Anlage entsprechen. Es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen, rostet oder ist gar ganz kaputt. Es wird aber auch nicht repariert, sondern provisorisch irgendwie gerichtet. Sehr traurig.
Die Kommunikation ist ein Graus und das liegt nicht an der Sprache, sondern an der fehlenden Kompetenz bzw. Einfühlungsvermögen gegenüber dem Gast.

No sé si estar contenta o no.
Hemos tenido problemas con la habitación (no teníamos agua caliente en la ducha). Nos lo han solucionado de un día a otro. Bruno como Lola ( recepción) han estado muy atentos con nosotros por ellos un 10!. Por las molestias nos obsequiaron con una botella de cava. Durante 2 días, uno de los ascensores dejó de funcionar, por lo que era un problema poder subir y bajar, sobre todo con las maletas. La animación, menos el grupo cubano, bastante pobre. Los trabajadores del comedor y del bar de la piscina muy bien, muy simpáticos. Lo que nos disgusta son los horarios de las comidas. Pedimos picnic un día y fue lamentable. Que no tenga parking es un problema muy grande. En la zona es muy complicado aparcar.

Relaxing stay in Ses Salines
Enjoyable stay. The weather was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant meals were delicious with plenty of choices. The room was nice and clean (w/balcony, nice!) Not far from Saint Jordi, good walk on the boardwalk. Beaches abound!

Trato espectacular!!! Recomendadisimo!!
Nunca he tenido un trato tan excepcional con en este hotel!! La directora Feli todo un ejemplo a seguir, estado desde la mañana a la noche allí presente, atenta de sus clientes, haciendo recomendaciones, amable, atenta… en ningún hotel de los que he ido ha estado un@ director@ dando ejemplo. El personal muy bueno y amable, todos en general!! La comida fenomenal, muy buena calidad!! Hemos salido súper contentos y si vuelvo a Mallorca repetiré con ellos segurísimo!! Muchas gracias por todo a todo el equipo del hotel!!! Un abrazo de unos Madrileños!!
