Tolles 5 Sterne Hotel nach der Renovierung. Es sind viele kleine Details, die einfach stimmen. Morgens mit Blick aufs Meer wach zu werden, ist schon etwas ganz besonderes. Toller Service rundum, besonders im Restaurant. Hier wird einem jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Mit Janette gibt es dort sogar eine deutschsprachige sehr nette Servicekraft, immer freundlich und für jede Unterhaltung zu haben.

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, la chambre était propre, confortable et très bien équipée. L’hôtel est neuf, nous étions les premiers clients ! Le personnel est aux petits soins et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, avec un large choix de produits frais. Une vue mer époustouflante. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir ! Un grand merci à Lilia pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Grâce à elle, nous nous sommes sentis accueillis et bien pris en charge dès notre arrivée. C’est rare de croiser un personnel aussi dévoué et agréable. Bravo et encore merci !

El hotel está ubicado en las rocas con unas vistas espectaculares muy armonioso, la comida muy buena y para todos los gustos pero quiero destacar muy especialmente al personal de comedor y bar por su amabilidad y profesionalidad , de lo mejor que he encontrado en mucho tiempo. También la recepción y a lily guest service por su simpatía y atención. Gracias a todos por un fin de semana perfecto.

Make sure you get there! ! Rosa and Yeri do fabulous and honest cocktails! Make sure you have a few at the bar. The atmosphere is relaxed and they are incredibly friendly and funny. This is 5 Star treatment!. The music is great, you will love it.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit einer eleganten Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Definitiv hat dieses Hotel nichts mehr mit seinem Vorgänger zu tun. Es ist ja auch eine ganz andere Hotelkette. Das Frühstücks - und Abendbuffet waren fantastisch. Stets Frische Produkte mit einer großen Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter waren unbeschreiblich. Jederzeit super freundlich, hilfsbereit und Aufmerksamkeit besonders im Buffet Restaurant wurde uns jeden Wunsch sofern möglich erfüllt. Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gern wieder, denn es wird sicher unser Lieblingshotel auf Mallorca.

Es un hotel tranquilo, ideal para desconectar y pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Las instalaciones están recién reformadas con una decoración muy mediterránea. El personal muy agradable, atento y siempre con una sonrisa, especial mención a Natalia, a Rosa y a Yeri que hicieron que el tiempo que estuve en el hotel fuese fantástico. Muchas gracias por todo, 100% recomendable!

Super hôtel que je recommande vivement !! Le cadre est juste magnifique et le personnel est vraiment attentionné, sympa et attachant surtout Yeri qui a été super accueillant avec nous. Les repas sont excellents avec un service impeccable et une multitude de choix de superbes qualités !! Il y a des bonnes possibilités d’activités avec la piscine, le spa, la salle de sport et le Rooftop et les prestations sont à la hauteur de l’établissement. Tous les jours il y a une animation à l’heure de l’apéro ! On a passé un superbe séjour avec la possibilité de se balader tout au bord de la mer. Il y a aussi un bon réseau de bus pour aller à Palma.
