The stay was amazing. It was my first solo trip to colombo and the stay was the perfect spot that was real close to all places to see. The balcony view is stellar. The lotus tower is right behind the hotel and you can view it shining every night.

Courtyard Colombo is a modern and clean hotel with a great location, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The rooms and facilities are well-maintained, but the hallways have a noticeable damp carpet smell, which can be off-putting. Overall, still a good stay with minor drawbacks.

A nice, luxurious end to my first time in Sri Lanka. Room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the Lotus Tower, and service is extremely attentive. Breakfast was extremely diverse, and a server was eager to make local Sri Lankan recommendations which I really appreciated. However, the layout of the place is a little difficult, so be prepared to use a few different elevators to get around

This hotel has THE BEST possible staff ever! These people are really helpful-my flight was at 4AM and they let me stay at the waiting lounge until midnight. I’m super satisfied! The only bad thing is that they don’t have a coffee machine for the guests during the meals (open buffets) and they add 40% tax and service to the prices at their restaurants 🙈

Very satisfied. 1. Convenient transportation, supermarkets and supermarkets; 2. Good environment, quiet, clean and tidy; 3. Convenient and comfortable, the kitchen is large, the cookware is complete; 4. The “hotel” is much more beautiful than it is actually. The majority of the building is not yet built or is being completed. The lobby is not existing since it is only completed. There is no real reception where a recording of guests happens.
Furthermore, the English of all staff is extremely deficient or unexisting, making communication impossible even if all staff were very friendly and pre-existent.
When booking a room, book a room (with bathroom and shower) in a apartment with several other guests. (With us there were 2 more rooms located, which provides less relaxed atmosphere overall)
The washing basin is partially affected by unscifer (see picture).
