The worst hotel I stayed in during this trip to Sri Lanka. They even said they upgraded me. I really appreciate it.
The room is very shabby, the corridor smells musty, and the sheets are a bit musty.
The soundproofing is so bad that I can hear the deep breaths and sighs of the people next door clearly.
When I checked in, the front desk repeatedly asked me how much I paid for the room, and dragged on for a long time without giving me the room card. I don’t understand what they mean.
The elevator card swipe is broken. I asked them if they would fix it later? They said they would fix it later, but it was still broken when I came back in the middle of the night.
More than 700 a night is not too cheap, right? The experience is only worthy of 300.
(The only advantage is facing the sea, but to be honest, there is nothing good about the sea in Colombo, and there are too many hotels that can see the sea. Their glass is still blue-green, and it is not good to take pictures through the window)

The hotel offers a fantastic experience with its friendly and welcoming staff. The buffet breakfast is excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. The highlight of the stay was the superb room view—facing the sea with the added charm of watching the train pass by. A truly enjoyable stay!

The stay was very comfortable and the food was very good. It was great to catch beautiful sunset from the terrace restaurant. They passed in most aspects. Only sad part was the way they handled the luggage, they ended up damaging them. Also the requested help for the luggage to be taken to vehicle wasn’t honoured, rather no one cared to check even after requesting multiple times and waiting for more than half hour

Best view and Good amenities. Perfect location. The view from the room is to die for. Breakfast is lavish with Indian, Sri Lankan and English breakfast spread. The reception was good with a welcome drink and a good reception desk...informative staff.

Although it is also a sea view room, and you can see the seaside train, but compared with the hotel next door, this one is much worse in value for money for the same price. There is a problem with the layout of the bed, and the anti-locking door chain is broken.

Nice location. Good staff, nice hotel ambiance and amenities. Food was very good, covering most of the countries food. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
