Really lovely new hotel only a short walk or tuk tuk ride from Galle Face area. Room was excellent - the sofa could do with a steam clean but the rest of the room and bathroom immaculate. Stunning views from room and rooftop pool and bar over the water and Colombo. Staff really lovely. Would stay here again!!

We stayed for one night. The ideal hotel for acclimatization and rest after the flight. The room and the pool met expectations, but the breakfast was pleasantly impressive. You can also have dinner there.

The hotel has great views and good hardware.
The service is really bad. Towels are missing every day, and the electricity card is taken away every day. It feels like the cleaning staff is deliberately making trouble for you. The front desk was also very poor, slow and unable to resolve issues. The breakfast table clearing was slow, the table was sticky, and it was not cleaned after a change of staff, just the knife and fork were left there.
I am annoyed by the service of this hotel every day.

I found the checking in service to be very slow, also was told no towels will be available until a further hour from check in. That was frustrating as after a long flight a shower was needed.
Rooms are quite tried and needed a fresh coat of paint. Pool area lacked sun lounges only 4 were available and no towels on first day but views were spectacular.
Ordered room service which was average and expensive for what it was.
