The room is a bit old. Breakfast is crowded. Because it is close to the lake, there are mosquitoes on the lower floors

Came to Sri Lanka for 10 days and stayed in the worst hotel. I wondered how it rated 5 stars. The service attitude was lax. There were a lot of people and it was very messy when checking in. The room card was demagnetized as soon as I got it. I went back and forth many times and it was very old. The service staff was also indifferent. During breakfast, it was crowded. I asked the waiter to help me get a cup of coffee. He had no expression on his face the whole time. When it was served, it was just like throwing it to us. Later, we needed some sugar, but he ignored us and didn't bring it. I told the front desk the day before that I would check out at 1 o'clock, but they urged me to check out at 12 o'clock the next day. When I was leaving, they helped me with my luggage and wanted a tip. In short, if I come to Sri Lanka again, I will not choose this place again.

Very average hotel, not even as good as the average domestic chain hotels. The staff kept knocking on the door to ask when I would check out, which made me feel weird because I would check out when the time came. It was not a good feeling to keep coming to urge people to leave.

Because of the flight delay, we checked in very late at night. The two customer service staff, although not as fast as in China, were very friendly and even brought drinks during the waiting process. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was rich, and the pool view was great!

The breakfast menu was varied and all the dishes were delicious. The Sri Lankan curry was especially spicy and delicious. The room was clean and I had a good night's sleep, although it would have been better if the bed had been a little softer. Overall, my stay was comfortable.
