I stayed here because I wanted to walk to see the Perahera Festival and go to Nugagama.
All the hardware was there, and since it was a new building, the facilities were new, including amenities, hairdryers, bathtubs, and of course hand towels.
Breakfast is expensive, but it's a very luxurious buffet and delicious. Continental, Sri Lankan, and Indian dishes are available. The variety of breads is amazing.
I thought the pool was small compared to the hotel. Also, as soon as I checked in, there was something that looked like hair from a lower body on top of the toilet tank, and the glass was dirty, probably with sugar on it. I thought the checks were a little sloppy. I stayed for multiple nights, but the room was cleaned well.

Exclent service from the staff. Refurbished and newly renovated room but still have pungent smell of painting but staff very helpful when asked for air freshener. Great stay. Central location

The whole hotel environment is good and the rooms are clean, but the front desk is not very enthusiastic and the service is not good. I called the front desk in the room but they didn't answer the phone. I even saw them hang up the phone. I hope the front desk service can be improved.
