La gentillesse de mr harrington n efface pas la vétusté de cet hôtel au demeurant dans une tres belle bâtisse :il y a du potentiel.
La réception est ouverte H24 et ce monsieur ne se repose jamais :il facilite votre séjour.
Pour le petit déjeuner inclus il n'y a pas de choix comme proposé puisque les 2 breakfast sont identiques et toujours servis de la même façon. Pas question de demander un peu plus de boisson chaude

Okay to stay for one night if you want to be close to the railway station. But otherwise not a pleasant area. Very noisy road. The room was clean but could use some paint. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Air conditioning was good.

Does not reflect what is advertised. Poor lighting. TV channels had to be paid to get activated. AC was a disaster. The sheets and mattresses not satisfactory. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. More like a travel lodge.

Отель расположен в шумном и небезопасном районе. Здание старое, требует ремонта, в номерах стоит затхлый запах. Изначально персонал произвел впечатление приветливого и доброжелательного. Я приехала ночью, и меня заселили в улучшенный номер, пообещав, что стоимость останется такой же, как указано на Booking, и предложили сотрудничать напрямую, минуя платформу. Однако на следующий день ситуация изменилась. Пришел другой менеджер и сказал, что стоимость номера в три раза выше цены на Booking, сославшись на "ошибку площадки". Все предыдущие договоренности были проигнорированы, встречающий меня улыбчивый менеджер стоял молча и было видно , что он понимает происходящее, но увы ничего сделать не может, меня выставили в негативном свете, как будто я пытаюсь избежать оплаты. Заплатив полную стоимость номера за сутки я уехала. Не знаю ни одной причины по которой нужно выбрать этот отель. Еды в ресторане тоже кстати нет Создалось ощущение, что я стала жертвой хорошо продуманной мошеннической схемы. Почувствовала себя обманутой.

There are rooms for improvement .Cleanliness needed more often in the room for long staying guests. Reception sofa needs to be cleaned for receiving of guests the arm rests was black with dirt. Mr R.Prashath was very help full on his part .When he's around you can asked him anything he will give you the help you require during your stay. So thanks to Mr Prashath our Holiday went well. But there's an old Man that needs to stay out of guests visibility cause when getting information he comes to close to listen what you are saying, that was very inappropriate.
